1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, placing an order, subscribing to SMS alerts, or otherwise interacting with BlueRidgeCustomCo (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or enroll in our SMS program. By doing so, you represent that you meet these requirements and have authority to agree to these terms.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately at stickers@example.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Orders and Payments
- Quotes, proofs, and pricing are provided in good faith and may change based on design revisions or material availability.
- Production begins after approval and payment confirmation. All sales of custom goods are final once production starts.
- If an order cannot be completed, you will be notified and a refund or substitute will be offered at our discretion.
5. SMS Program
- By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages about proofs, order updates, and promotional offers sent via an autodialer.
- Message and data rates may apply. Agreement is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month (may vary based on active orders and preferences).
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
- We may send a final confirmation message after you opt out to confirm your request.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse our services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, submitting unlawful content, or reverse engineering our software or designs.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, artwork, software, and trademarks displayed through our services belong to Swayze Custom Vinyl or our licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them without prior written permission.
8. Service Availability
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swayze Custom Vinyl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of our services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, misuse of the services, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

- Payment details: processed securely through third-party gateways; we do not store full card numbers.
- SMS details: opt-in/opt-out confirmations, message delivery status, and your responses.

2. How We Use Information
- Provide proofs, ship orders, and deliver customer support.
- Send SMS notifications for order status, pickup reminders, and exclusive offers (with your consent).

SMS privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except for the necessary opt-in data required to facilitate the SMS service.
4. SMS Data Handling
We store proof of opt-in consent and message history as required by carrier and CTIA guidelines. SMS data is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or anonymized unless we must keep it longer for legal reasons.

9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us so we can delete it.
10. International Users
We operate in the United States. By using our services outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
